For gratinated zucchini halves, boil peas briefly in salted water and strain. Peel garlic clove and squeeze.

Puree peas and season with salt and pepper. Wash and halve zucchini, blanch in hot water and rinse.

Preheat oven to 200 °C. Grease the baking dish. Put zucchini halves in with cut side up, salt and spread with pea puree.

Put 2 tablespoons on each zucchini half. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top along with marjoram. Bake in oven until cheese is melted.

Arrange baked zucchini halves and serve.

Preparation Tip:

Gratinated zucchini halves are best eaten with potatoes.
