Instructions:

All the above ingredients are mixed well in the evening(the milk is added cooled!) and remain cooled until the next morning, preferably in the refrigerator. Before further processing, the dough must stand warm for 1 hour.

Variation add 2 tbsp fresh or dried herbs or 1 tsp anise or 2-3 roasted onions.

After shaping, sprinkle the rolls with poppy seeds, sesame seeds or possibly caraway seeds.

Preparation Tip:

These buns have a better aroma due to the longer standing time.
