For the breakfast cereal, place cereal, milk and fruit in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring. Simmer and stir until it reaches the desired consistency (about 5 minutes).
Add maple syrup to taste, pour into a bowl, sprinkle with a little cinnamon and enjoy warm. Ready is a warming breakfast that is filling and healthy.
Preparation Tip:
The breakfast muesli can be made with any fruit, you could also refine it with nuts, raisins, cranberries, etc.. There are no limits to imagination and taste!
