For the vegan banana cream, peel the bananas and puree with lemon juice and vanilla pulp. Add applesauce and cocoa powder and blend again. Dice the tofu, add and blend until a fine cream is formed. For a more fluid consistency, the cream can still be diluted with soy milk. Finally, sweeten the vegan banana cream with agave syrup or stevia to taste.
