For the tuna baguettes, first preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line the baking sheet with paper. Strain the corn from the can and put it in a mixing bowl.

Strain the tuna from the can (it should not leave any water) and add it to the corn. Add the grated cheese and mix well.

Stir in the tomato paste and season with salt and cumin. Slice the baguettes lengthwise and top the cut surfaces with the topping (it’s best to do this by hand, as the topping is a bit crumbly).

Bake the tuna baguettes in the oven for about 15 minutes.

The tuna baguettes go well with a fresh green salad and/or dip.
