(*) The dough is enough for 2-3 strudels) Beat flour, 1 tbsp oil, water and salt until smooth. Form the dough into a ball and shape into a baking bowl filled with oil.

The dough should be completely covered with oil. Leave to rise in a warm place for at least 2 hours.

Then take out the dough, drain and scrape with paper towels. Dust with flour and shape on a clean kitchen towel. Knead the dough repeatedly with floured hands. Next, roll out on dish hangl and pull out. When doing this, shape your hands under the dough and pull outward with the backs of your hands. Cut the thick edges of the dough into small pieces and fill any holes with it.

Brush the dough with melted butter.
