Instructions:

For the dough: knead the ingredients in the order listed, perhaps refrigerate. Bake 3 bases by rolling out one third of the dough on a greased springform base (28 cm dia.), prick a few times with a fork. Bake each base with a cake ring.

Current: 200 °C

Cook: 5 min preheat 3-4, bake 3-4.

Immediately after baking, remove the bottoms from the springform base, cut one of them into 16 cake pieces.

For coating, melt chocolate and coconut fat, brush cake pieces on top (also edges) with it.

For the marzipan slab: knead marzipan with powdered sugar, roll out into a slab the size of the pastry cases. Place the marzipan sheet on one of the pastry cases, put a cake ring (covered with parchment paper) around it and close it.

For topping: mix the prepared, quartered strawberries (1) with the sugar. Let stand briefly to juice, drain, fill juice with water to 1/2l. Place the strawberries on the marzipan.

For the glaze: cook strawberry juice with cake glaze and sugar as directed on the packet, spread evenly over the strawberries.

For the filling and for decorating: Mix gelatin with water, let stand 10 min to swell. Crush prepared strawberries (2) and mix with sugar. Allow gelatine to melt and stir into strawberry pulp. Whip the whipped cream until stiff. Spread about a quarter of the cream mixture on the cooled cake glaze, then spread the second dough layer on top.
