For the steamed plum dumplings, mix flour, powdered sugar, milk and yeast into a smooth yeast dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in volume.
Then knead the dough again by hand and roll it into a long sausage.
For the filling, stone the plums and coarsely puree with cinnamon, powdered sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice. Cut 15 pieces from the dough.
Flatten the pieces, spread 1 tablespoon of plum filling on each and roll up into a parcel. Steam in steamer for about 15 minutes and serve the steamed plum dumplings.
