For the steamed lemon plaice, squeeze 2 lemons and cut 2 lemons into thin slices.
Wash the plaice fillets and pat dry, sprinkle with lemon juice and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Place sliced lemons in a steamer, place the plaice fillets on top and steam for about 20 minutes.
Serve the steamed lemon plaice with potatoes and mixed vegetables, for example.
