For the spicy marinated dorado, mix all ingredients for the marinade well and rub the dorado with it on all sides. Leave to marinate in a cool place for about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put the dorados on an oiled baking tray and roast them for about 25 – 30 minutes. Serve the spicy marinated gilthead bream.
