For the snickerdoodle cake, beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Mix flour with baking powder, oil, nuts and chocolate carefully fold into the beaten egg whites.

Bake in a greased pan at 180 degrees for about 60 minutes. For the cream, bring the whipped cream to the boil, remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate coating and a Snickers bar until everything has melted.

Chill the cream. When the cake has cooled, whip the cream and fill and spread the cake with it.

Decorate with Snickers pieces. Sprinkle with grated peanuts.

Preparation Tip:

If you take salty ones instead of regular peanuts, the snickerdoodle cake gets a really nice sweet and salty kick.
