A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Put flour and salt in a suitable bowl, cut cold butter into pieces and add. Rub everything quickly between your fingers until crumbly. Add egg, knead the dough quickly, but only until it holds together. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Peel onions and cut into fine rings. Saute in warm butter at low temperature for about 20 min until soft. Cool down. Fry bacon cubes without adding fat until brown, also cool. Mix well cream, eggs and egg yolks, season.

Roll out the dough and spread it on the greased baking tray. Spread the onions and bacon cubes evenly on it, pour the glaze over it. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
