Cut the fish into 4 slices, rub with salt and leave for 10 minutes, then rinse, drain on paper towels and pat dry. Heat the wok and put the butter in it. Pour in the fish slices and fry on each side over medium heat for 3-4 min. While frying, drizzle with juice of one lemon. Cut the lemon and the cucumber into slices. Remove the finished fish, place each slice on a plate and garnish with cucumber and lemon slices. Serve hot.
