A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Place the edge of a cake springform pan around the biscuit base. Mix rice pudding with whipped cream, pureed fruit (e.g. 3 apricots from a can) and dissolved gelatine and spread on the base.

Allow to set in the refrigerator. Then add fruit as desired. Finally, pour clear cake glaze over it.

If you want to make the rice pudding yourself: simmer 3/4 liter of milk with 125 g of rice pudding.
