Instructions:

Sauté onion in hot butter until golden brown.

Add garlic and liver. Sauté until not too hot, then continue to sauté evenly. Sprinkle curry on top, stir through.

Stir through sour cream and flour, add to liver form and bring to boil. Season vigorously with salt and freshly ground pepper, sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Serve with Potato whites
