For the curd cheese cookies, mix flour, butter, curd cheese, sugar, salt, roll out the dough thinly, sprinkle with enough flour on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cut small squares with a knife.
Put some jam in the middle, close the dough pieces diagonally. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 12 – 14 minutes, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Let the dough cool a little in the refrigerator before rolling it out. Fill the curd pastries with different jams.
