For the poppy seed pasta, peel and press the cooked and cooled potatoes. Knead with salt, butter, flour, egg to a firm dough.

Roll out dough into a snake, cut small pieces into small pieces. Roll dough pieces into noodles, cook in salted water (with 1 tablespoon oil). The noodles are ready when they rise to the surface. Drain and rinse the pasta.

In a frying pan, heat poppy seeds with sugar, butter and a little milk, toss the noodles in it. Cut the peeled and cored apples into wedges.

Sauté them in water with cane sugar, juice of one lemon and cinnamon until soft and mash them finely.

Refine with rum, depending on your taste. Arrange a layer of applesauce on plates and place the poppy seed noodles on top.
