Try this delicious pasta dish:

Prepare macaroni in salted water until al dente. Heat olive oil on 2 or possibly automatic heat 8 to 10, fry finely chopped onions and minced meat. Blanch tomatoes, peel, dice, add to meat with garlic cloves and sauté. Add paradeis pulp, spices, chopped parsley and clear soup and cook for 20 minutes on 1 or possibly on automatic cooking zone 4 to 5 in an open saucepan.

Heat the fat, stir in the flour, sweat it briefly, then add the milk gradually, stirring all the time, and make 3 min, season with pepper, nutmeg, salt and juice of a lemon. When the sauce has cooled down a bit, add the egg yolk and fold in the cubed feta cheese.

Grease an ovenproof dish. Put half of the macaroni in it, sprinkle a little Parmesan on top, then spread the minced meat on top of the pasta. Put the rest of the macaroni on top. Pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
