Prepare a dampfl for the Nutellabuchteln with vanilla sauce. Mix the yeast with the lukewarm milk, butter and egg. Add flour by the spoonful until a creamy mixture is formed.
Let stand for about 15 minutes. Then add the remaining flour and knead in a food processor or by hand to form a smooth dough. In the meantime, grease a baking pan of your choice. Then let it rest for 20 minutes.
Shape the dough into balls of about 40g. Take one ball, press it apart and fill it with a spoonful of Nutella. Carefully form into a ball again.
Fill all the dough balls and place them in the greased baking pan. Leave to stand for 30 minutes. Bake at 200°C for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
While the booklets are in the oven, prepare the vanilla sauce according to package directions. Serve the Nutella cakes with vanilla sauce.
Preparation Tip:
If they bring a pot of water to a boil and put it in the oven together with the dough, you won't have to wait so long for the dough for the Nutella cakes with vanilla sauce to rise.
