A recipe of beans for every taste:
Clean the various vegetables carefully and remove dark spots, provided that necessary. Then cut into small pieces. For this purpose, it is best to use a utility knife with a serrated blade.
Put the vegetables in salted water for 15 minutes. Then add vinegar-sugar, paprika, essence, mustard, celery salt and Tabasco. Clean horseradish stick, rinse and grate into coarse “curls”. Do this repeatedly for 2-4 min. Then let cool and pour into jars. A day later, repeatedly pour off liquid, bring to a boil and pour over while hot. Seal with preserving cellophane.
