Onions and garlic, both finely chopped, saute in a little butter until soft and cool. Now add sour cream, eggs, lamb and spices and knead until smooth. Fill it into a buttered cake pan (quiche pan), which is placed in the middle of the oven heated to 220 degrees.
After thirty minutes of baking, reduce the temperature to 180°C and cook repeatedly for half an hour.
Put a spoonful of sauce on each tranche of minced meat.
Serve with fried potatoes, beans or snow peas.
