Try this delicious cake recipe:

Dice rhubarb and blanch (scald) with boiling hot water.

Stand for 10 min. Drain off the water.

For the base, mix sugar, flour, fat, salt and egg together with the dough hooks of the food processor to a quantity, perhaps at the end with your hands to form a dough. Form the dough on the spot on the bottom and sides of a cake or possibly tart pan.

Mix breadcrumbs, nuts and sugar with the rhubarb and on the dough form.

Beat eggs with sugar until creamy, fold in sour cream and shape the amount on the rhubarb.

Form in the oven heated to 190 °C and bake for about 1 hour.
