For the hazelnut butter sauce, melt the butter over medium heat, bring to a boil, skim off the white foam with a spoon. Brown the nut flakes in the melted butter, season with pepper and salt.

Pour the hazelnut butter sauce over asparagus, salad, steamed vegetables or fish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan!

Preparation Tip:

Vary hazelnut butter sauce - and use flaked almonds for variety!
