Instructions:

Soak gelatine in water.

Boil milk briefly, liquefy sugar and salt in it, add the gelatin and liquefy. Cool, add juice of one lemon and garlic, mix well.

Freeze until a porridge-like consistency. Whip cream until semi-stiff and stir in. Freeze until ready to use.

Serve garnished with raspberries.
