For the Gugelhupferl, beat egg whites with salt and lime juice until very stiff, set aside. Beat the egg yolks with the honey until very foamy. Grease the molds a little.
Mix flour with cream of tartar baking powder Flower-Power spice and nuts also mix in. Then carefully fold in all ingredients with a spatula and fill about 6 muffin tins or small gugelhupf forms with it.
Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes, test with chopsticks! Mix powdered sugar and lime juice to a medium-thick glaze and brush the still warm Gugelhupferl with it. Finally, sprinkle with flower power spice flowers.
Preparation Tip:
It is recommended for the Gugelhupferl to use tartar baking powder instead of the normal baking powder, because the normal baking powder tastes less good.
