Rinse all grains thoroughly under warm water, sort out if necessary. Make 20 min with 1 l water on the lowest setting. If the water is not completely absorbed, drain and cool completely.

Mix the cooled grains with the flour, baking ferment and salt. Add the sesame seeds with the flax seeds and the oil and knead with warm water to form a wet dough. Let rise in a warm place for about 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 170 °C. Fill the dough into a large loaf pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 40 minutes. Then heat the oven to 220 °C and bake for another 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake again for 30 minutes.

Remove the bread and cool under a dish. Cut only when cold.
