For the fig slices, chop the figs and finely mince them with the raisins in a meat grinder. Melt the ceres in a saucepan and put it in a larger bowl.

Add to the minced figs and raisins the sugar, nuts, cocoa and rum and mix well. Place the white wafers on a larger cutting board, spread half of the mixture on them, top with biscuits. Spread the rest of the mixture on the biscuits and cover with the cut wafers.

Place a cutting board on top to weigh it down and now refrigerate for a few hours. Then cut the fig slices into small pieces.

Preparation Tip:

Prepare the fig slices with virgin coconut oil. Which nuts you use can be varied according to your own taste.
