For the Ebly Spinach Casserole, first cook Ebly according to instructions.
Lightly fry the onion in oil and add the spinach leaves and fry – season to taste and stir in the sour cream.
Mix the cooked Ebly with the spinach-cream mixture and pour into a greased baking dish, cover with tomato slices and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 180 °C for about 50 minutes.
Serve the Ebly spinach casserole immediately.
