Cut the baguette in half horizontally once and cut each half into 4 immediately large pieces. Remove the bread crumbs. Rinse basil leaves, pluck from stems.

Blend bread crumbs with basil, juice of one lemon and olive oil in a hand blender. Rinse chili pepper, halve, seed, finely dice and fold in. season with salt.

Break crab tails out of shells, cut in half lengthwise, gut and roast in hot oil for 2 min on 2 or automatic heat 9-10. Season well with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Press the basil bread mixture evenly into the hollowed out baguette pieces. Top with crab tails, sprinkle with cheese and bake in heated oven.

Circuit:

200 to 220 degrees , 2nd sliding rack v. U.

170-190 °C , convection oven 8-10 min.

This delicious snack goes well with, for example, a dry white wine.
