A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Sift the flour into a suitable bowl, make a well in the center. Stir the crumbled yeast, sugar and a little bit of water, pour into the well. Stir a little of the flour underneath with the handle of a spoon, cover with a little flour. Cover with a dishcloth and let rise in a warm place for 10 minutes. Then knead in all the other dough ingredients, perhaps adding a little water. The dough should be firm and easy to knead. Cover the dough and let it rest for a while. Roast the peppers under the broiler until the skin turns black. Put them in a closed container or a paper bag for 10 minutes. Remove the skin and the seeds. Cut the peppers into strips. Clean the chard, rinse it, cut it into strips and cook it for about 10 minutes in a little bit of oil, stirring it. Dice the onion (not too fine) and sauté it in a little bit of oil. Roll out the dough on a greased baking tray. Form the vegetables on the dough. Add salt and a little oil. Bake the “coca” in the oven (electric oven: 200 °C / convection oven: 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
