Instructions:

For the chocolate mousse, melt the chocolate coating in the microwave or over a water bath and stir until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients, heat briefly and pour through iSi funnel & sieve into a 0.5 L iSi device. Screw on an iSi Cream Capsule and shake vigorously.

Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Preparation Tip:

Use the iSi tube spout to fill an éclair with chocolate mousse.
