Instructions:

Remove any tendons and fat from the chicken. Dice the meat and set aside. In a bowl, stir ingredients for marinade well. Add chicken and mix well. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 2-6 hours.

2. set the grill of the oven on the highest level (wooden grill is also possible). Put the meat and the peppers alternately on the skewers.

Attention: do not push them too close together, otherwise the meat will not be cooked! Brush the grill grates with oil and grill the kebab skewers for about 5-6 minutes. Turn regularly to the other side and brush with the remaining marinade.

Serve with long grain rice (e.g. Basmati).

Note Bettina: A cucumber salad tastes good with it, dressed with Z-juice, salt, pepper and parsley.

What I miss is a suitable sauce. A mint sauce could possibly fit quite well to it.

Tip: Use a normal or light yogurt as needed!
