Rinse the potatoes and cut into cubes. Rinse the Brussels sprouts. Steam with potatoes in a little salted water with lid on for about 20 minutes until tender.

Rinse and dry chicken. Heat oil in a coated frying pan. Fry meat in it for about 4 min on each side until golden brown. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika. Remove and keep warm.

Extinguish gravy with juice of one lemon and water. Slightly thicken, let it boil and add sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Drain Brussels sprouts and potatoes.

Serve with meat and sauce.
