Peel the banana, mash with a fork and stir on the spot with juice of one lemon.
Chop the feta cheese and blend it together with the cream quark and the sweet whipped cream. Fold the banana puree into the cheese and whipped cream.
Crumble the wholemeal cookies very finely. Remove peel from peaches, cut into quarters and thinly slice. Fill the cookie crumbs, peaches and whipped cream cheese in layers into a high dessert bowl, drizzle the crumbs with syrup.
Finally, top the dessert again with cheese whipped cream and garnish with fresh peach wedges plus mint sprigs. Refrigerate for half an hour before serving.
