Instructions:

Prepare the smoked meat covered with water (approx. 90 min.) until it can be pierced without noticeable resistance.

Soak lentils for one night, cook in unsalted soaking water until soft. Drain cooked lentils, rinse. While still warm, pour marinade and mix in onions.

Cut bread dumplings into narrow slices and place on large plates. Cut onion into narrow rings, spread rings evenly on plates. Mix oils and vinegar together, season. Drizzle dumpling slices with dressing.
