For the buckwheat breakfast, cook the buckwheat either in double the amount of water in the pot (20 minutes) or steam with 1.5 times the amount of water, also for 20 minutes in the steamer.

In the meantime, slice the mangoes, be sure to save the juice! Mix the mango juice with whipped cream, honey and goji berries, then mix with the fully cooked buckwheat.
