Warm tortillas according to package directions. Drain beans. Peel and finely dice onion. Cut the ham into strips.
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté onion cubes. Add the beans and heat.
Spread the bean and onion mixture and the ham strips evenly on the tortillas, season with pepper. Top with a little of the pesto and roll up the tortillas. Top each with the remaining pesto form and sprinkle with parsley leaves if desired.
Tip: To make it heartier, sprinkle the filled tortillas with 1 tbsp. grated cheese each and bake in a heated oven at 180 °C for about 5 minutes.
