Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.

Mix flour with cooking chocolate. Mix eggs with oil and sugar. Mash bananas with a fork, add to eggs and mix well.

Add banana-egg mixture to flour and mix briefly.

Place paper cups in the muffin tray and fill about 2/3 full with the mixture.

Bake on the middle shelf for about 20 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

If you like, you can also use coconut oil instead of sunflower oil for the muffins. If desired, mix chopped nuts into the dough.
