Instructions:

Here you will find 3 different bagel fillings.

Cream cheese salmon: Cut the bagels in half diagonally, spread with cream cheese and top with salmon and a lettuce leaf.

Vegetable curd: Place curd in a suitable bowl, add chives with scissors. Remove seeds from cucumber. Peel carrots. Dice radishes, carrots, cucumber and cheese and mix with curd. Season with salt and pepper. Cut bagels in half diagonally, spread with curd cheese and sprinkle with your choice of sprouts.

Ham mousse: Cut ham into cubes, puree with soup, add whipped cream and mix to a spreadable mass. Finely chop the parsley, stir into the mousse and season with pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut bagels in half diagonally and spread with mousse.
