For the baked avocado salad, first preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and pit them. Scrape out two thirds of the flesh and chop coarsely. Peel, pit and finely chop tomatoes.

Grill bacon in oven until crisp and chop. Mix avocado, tomatoes, bacon, onion, bell pepper, chili sauce and vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Fill avocado halves with it, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 7 to 10 minutes. Serve the baked avocado salad immediately.
