Instructions:

For the apple pancakes, mix sugar with salt and flour in a bowl. Add eggs and milk and mix everything well until you get a smooth batter. Let the dough swell for about 10 minutes. Cut apples into thin slices.

Remove the core, heat some butter in a pan and spread half of the dough in the pan. Immediately top with half of the apple slices and cover and let fry for about 1 minute.

Carefully turn and fry for another minute. Turn out onto a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon mixed with sugar. Combine the remaining batter and apple slices to make a second apple pancake.

Preparation Tip:

Vanilla sauce goes very well with the apple pancake.
