Mocha Liqueur

Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

Peel the zest from half the orange very thinly and set aside. Squeeze 2 oranges. Boil the juice with the rock candy and boil for 10 minutes. Let the instant mocha melt in it and cool down.

Add the brandy, coffee beans and orange peel and leave to cool. Leave the mocha liqueur to infuse for 3 days, pour through a sieve and fill into a carafe or a nice bottle.

Lift the liqueur.

The liqueur also goes very well with ice cream.
