Sausages in a Robe

For the sausages in a blanket, first form 6 finger-thick rolls from the pizza dough.

Wrap 1 sausage around each roll and brush all around with oil. Grill the sausages for about 10 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with oil if necessary.

Mix Puszta sauce with apricot jam. Finely dice apricots and mix in. Serve the fruity and spicy sauce with the sausages.

Preparation Tip:

If you want to wrap less dough around the sausages, cut the pizza dough into strips.
