For the duck congee, first skin the duck breasts and cut them into fine strips. The cleaned yellow turnip and the washed Chinese cabbage should also be cut into strips. Now bring the chicken soup to a boil, add the rice, the duck meat as well as the turnip strips and let everything boil. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
