For the rice with bell bell pepper vegetables, boil the rice with 1 tsp salt. Cut the tomatoes, peppers and zucchini into cubes and steam in a little water in an extra pot.
Strain the water a little and season with salt, pepper and herbs. Garnish with basil and parsley.
Preparation Tip:
The dish becomes more filling if you use whole grain rice for the rice with paprika vegetables.
