The very sweet ones in your family will be exceptionally pleased with the fruits from the roast served as a dessert. This is how they are prepared: Drain peach halves and pineapple slices on a colander. Cut into cubes. Rinse the apple. Peel. Remove core with an apple corer and cut into four slices. Sprinkle with juice of one lemon.

Melt butter. Grease four ovenproof aluminum ramekins or plates with it. Place an apple slice in the middle of each. Peel banana. Cut in half lengthwise and diagonally. Also sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Add to apple slices form. Peach and pineapple pieces in the same way. Drizzle with remaining butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top. Grill for 5 minutes.

Or place in heated oven on top rack. If possible, bake with top heat. Baking time: 10 min

electric stove: 260 °C

Gas oven: level 8

Spread the fruit evenly. Sprinkle with flaked almonds. Bake for another 5 min at the same temperature. Or grill for another 3 min. Whip the cream in the saucepan until stiff. Pipe a thick tuff in the middle of each apple slice. Place a coktail cherry on top.
