Instructions:

First wash the pike perch and pat dry. Marinate with lemon juice, salt and sprinkle with paprika. Dredge both sides in flour.

Heat the butter and fry the pike perch on both sides until golden brown. Place in oven at 150 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup, sour cream, salt, pepper and Worchester sauce and gently mix in the well-drained crabs.

Serve the pike perch with the crab mayonnaise and fried potatoes.

It goes well with a green salad. If you do not like crab mayonnaise, for example, also aioli or simply herb butter fits!
