For the spring onion omelette, chop walnuts. Beat eggs with whipping cream, potato starch and spices, cut whole spring onion into rings.
Heat oil in a frying pan, cover and bake the egg mixture in it, sprinkled with onion and nuts.
Preparation Tip:
Sprinkle the spring onion omelet with pine nuts, instead of walnuts. Spice up with cress or other fresh herbs.
