Try this delicious cake recipe:

1. knead sugar, egg, fat, flour and baking powder with your hands or possibly the dough hook of the mixer to make crumbles. Spread 2/3 of them on a greased, floured, deep baking tray and press firmly until smooth. Preheat the oven to 175 °C.

Spread the poppy seed filling on the crumble base until smooth. Separate the eggs. Whip the egg whites until stiff. Stir in curd cheese, oil, yolks, sugar, cornstarch and juice of one lemon. Fold in the snow.

Spread the curd mixture on the poppy seed layer. Spread the remaining crumbles evenly on top. Bake for about 50 minutes, cool. Dust with powdered sugar before cutting and serving. Preparation approx. 35 min Bake approx. 50 min
