Cook a (firm) yeast dough from the ingredients as usual. Let the dough rise for 30-60 minutes. Form the dough into a roll and divide into 20 pieces. Roll the pieces into round patties. Place the patties on a baking tray. Mix the egg yolk with the milk and brush the patties with it. Mix garlic, spices and kitchen herbs and sprinkle over 10 patties in a thick layer.
Bake at 220 °C for about 10 minutes.
Mash the feta cheese with a fork and mix with the whipped cream. Form between each 2 patties.
